Google Docs - Forms for surveys and class assessments

Check out the Google Docs - Forms to create surveys and class assessments. You can create a summary of the responses from the survey in a graph format by using the Forms feature on Google Docs. The Chronicle of Higher Education's Technology section, ProfHacker column has an informational article, "Revisiting Google Docs" written by Heather Whitney.
